The houses
Ordinary, solid three-bedroom semis with gardens and off-road parking, on residential streets close to schools and shops. They are the kind of house families stay in, and we let them on that basis.
How we let
- Assured shorthold tenancies, with longer terms available for tenants who want the security
- Unfurnished, with a cooker and flooring throughout
- Pets considered on request
- Gas safety, electrical and EPC certificates provided at the start of every tenancy
- Rent reviewed annually and discussed with you first

Availability
All five houses are currently let. When one becomes available it will be advertised on the usual portals, and we keep a short waiting list for families who have registered interest with us directly.
