About AARP Property
A small group of family-owned property companies, run by people with an engineering habit of doing things properly.
Who we are
AARP Property is the property side of the AARP family of companies, which also includes AARP Technologies, an infrastructure engineering consultancy. The same directors own and run both.
We started with a single buy-to-let and have grown slowly: five two-bedroom flats under AARP Homes and five three-bedroom family homes under AARP Abodes. Each company owns its properties directly, and we manage them ourselves rather than through agents, because we think a landlord who has never met their tenants is not doing the job.
AARP Co-living is the next step. It applies the same approach, well-kept houses looked after by the people who own them, to young people who need more than a tenancy: care leavers and other young people for whom a stable, supported home is the difference between getting on and starting again.
